At Harney & Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened tea tins or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our Millerton, NY warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
